Free online course on 'Coping during the pandemic'
A free online course entitled ‘Coping during the Pandemic’ has been created by the Trust’s Recovery College, which runs short courses to equip people with skills to help them better manage their own mental health.

Talking Therapies (IAPT)
The service provides help and support for people over 18 years who are experiencing mental health problems. These can include stress, low mood, anxiety, panic attacks, depression (including pre and post natal), obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, post traumatic stress and eating difficulties (not severe).
